My Fitness Shop Canada ships to Canadian addresses only. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. For shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, please contact us by email email@example.com, to obtain a quote on shipping and handling. We do not allow local pick-ups.

myfitness-shop.ca offers only the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 (fourteen) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.
We guarantee your satisfaction with all myfitness-shop.ca products. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).
We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse.
No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Form" that can be downloaded here: Return Authorization Form. Please fill out the form in full and fax it to 604-464-8598 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return has been received, we will process your return request and email either an authorization for return or a reason for decline. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and Shipping & Handling will be nonrefundable.
To Return Merchandise
If for any reason you wish to return an item please download the Return Authorization Form. Once your return has been approved we will process your return request and email to inform you to proceed.
Please return your online purchases to My Fitness Shop Canada.
*Please allow 21 to 28 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and to be processed.
Returning Your Item
Prior to returning your item you must have an approved Return Authorization Form email from myfitness-shop.ca. Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Also please make note of a phone number or email address you are easily contacted at in case we should need to reach you.

Please note that only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All others of the same product must be on factory sealed container for a refund.
