Shipping Policy

My Fitness Shop Canada ships to Canadian addresses only. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. For shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, please contact us by email, to obtain a quote on shipping and handling. We do not allow local pick-ups.

Return Policy

14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE offers only the highest quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 (fourteen) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction with all products. You may return any of our products, with your receipt, for a merchandise replacement, or a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling charges).

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement after you have returned the damaged or defective product.
  • We will pay any shipping or handling fees for replacement of such damaged or defective items.
  • Note that Merchandise cannot be returned for credit without a prior authorization.
  • No returns will be accepted 21 days after shipping date. Returns will not be accepted on items with expired date codes.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Processing

We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse.

  • We will credit your credit card or PayPal account after we receive your return and send you an email to let you know the refund is complete.
  • Transit time can add 21 - 28 days delay from when you ship your package and the refund processing. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement.
  • Your refunds will be credited back to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please note we will need that credit card number in order to do so.
  • Processing of returns, refunds and replacements are handled on an individual basis.
  • If you were not originally charged full shipping because your order was over $75, you will be charged shipping if any items from that order are returned for reasons other than damaged or defective product.

No returns are accepted without a "Return Authorization Form" that can be downloaded here: Return Authorization Form. Please fill out the form in full and fax it to 604-464-8598 or email it to Once your return has been received, we will process your return request and email either an authorization for return or a reason for decline. Packages refused at the time of delivery will be considered a return and Shipping & Handling will be nonrefundable.

To Return Merchandise

If for any reason you wish to return an item please download the Return Authorization Form. Once your return has been approved we will process your return request and email to inform you to proceed.

Returning Your Item

Prior to returning your item you must have an approved Return Authorization Form email from Included with the item(s) you would be returning please enclose your invoice that you received with your order and a short explanation as to why you are returning the item(s). Also please make note of a phone number or email address you are easily contacted at in case we should need to reach you.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Download and complete the Return Authorization Form and submit it to for approval. Be sure to include the credit card information that was used for the initial purchase.
  2. If your return is authorized you will be notified and can proceed with the return.
  3. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box.
  4. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS/FedEx.

Open Packages

Please note that only one opened package of any product is eligible for a return. All others of the same product must be on factory sealed container for a refund.
